Premium Support Service specifically includes:

- One 60 minutes live chat session (Phone Call in the UK) - for requirements gathering and specific configuration details
- Software installation/configuration
- Setting up cron jobs/automated tasks
- Providing requirements for third-party companies (hosting providers, ssl certificate providers etc)
Customer is responsible for communications with third-party companies, specific to each service request
Detailed scope of work will be determined for each customer individually, you may be asked to purchase additional services.
You will need to provide following information along with order:
- FTP login details
- Hosting control panel URL and login details
- Store Admin section login details
- Module/application name

This service is for most-demanding customers who value their time and require high-priority service.
For Installation and Extended configuration only you will need Silver Support Service. For simple module installation you will need Bronze Support Service
